COPPER COLLECTION

• Copper Flatware requires special handling. Do not leave this flatware unwashed for any length of time to avoid pitting and surface erosion. After service they should be washed and rinsed immediately with hot water (up to 160 degrees) and a mild detergent. Avoid using steel wool, metal sponges, scraping, and anything abrasive to remove food remnants from flatware. If they cannot be washed immediately, they can be presoaked with hot water and a mild detergent. Do not overload soaking bin to prevent scratching. After washing, please rinse in hot water and hand dry, or lay out to dry on a towel before placing in the bins for return. Thank you.
